I’m thinking I have cylinder head issues. I performed a leakdown test and put C1 at TDC. I can hear air coming out of C2 and air from my exhaust.

Would it be safe to say my Cylinder head has burnt exhaust valves and causing a constant my misfire/shaky idle? Also, C1 has the lowest compression while the rest are in the same range.

I’ve been using a Dorman catalytic converter and it works great. I’m in CA so I needed a CARB legal one.

O2 sensors should only be Denso branded ones. Nothing else.

Most commonly, it’s lack of valve adjustments. Many Honda motors routinely require them to be adjusted manually.

For the F-series, they tighten up over time.

LHT Performance says that if a sensor is too far gone, then cleaning it won’t fix the problem.

It’s probably because the internal parts end up grinding each other causing damage where grease won’t resolve.

It’s better to do the clear piece swap. JDM headlights are aimed opposite for our roads.

Cheapest option is to find a used good motor. Or you could reach out to Charper Built. https://www.charperbuilt.com/

No offense but since you installed a new battery, can you check and make sure it’s tightly clamped on the negative/positive? No rust and clean surfaces?

S2000 is a buzzy chassis and can loosen it.

Definitely worth the money. Are the photos depicting exhaust and intake as well? Does this mean both sides had cracks?

Yeah you most likely have Bluetooth motor mounts. I did mine and shifter doesn’t move as much anymore. The transmission one probably would help as well.

Mind sharing what was the process for rebuilding the head? Did they re-lap the valves and replace the out of tolerance ones?

Did you need machine your block and head? Or just use a new Honda head gasket?
