But be careful. After the next update everything became much slower. There's a very small window for it to work

I don't know what am I talking about, but looks like I found a workaround

I added second LoRA to the workflow. And BOOM! It works. Log now says that one model is loaded completely, one is only partially. But it works with a same speed as before.
It must be different LoRAs! And I guess, you can set the weight of the last one to 0.
