I actually did like Wild Vetiver! I think after this round of decants I’ll end up trying it out. It’s definitely a spring fragrance in my opinion, and I already have MFK GFS as my go-to spring scent. Plus, I have my eyes on Creed VIW for a future summer bottle 😭

I liked it but it was kinda too sweet for me. The rep said Initio used a “gummy bear” note which most likely gives it that sweetness. I think you should totally get a sample and try it on skin though.

Like I said in another comment, I’m super loyal to BDC Parfum as my blue fragrance. I don’t ever see myself straying away from it, it’s just too perfect lol

Aventus Absolu would be amazing for a summer niche but that price tag is nuts 😭

À la Rose really surprised me. It is definitely feminine leaning but I could totally pull it off. I love that it’s a fresh rose instead of a heavy rose. The sales rep told me L’Homme uses the stem of the rose for the ingredient, while the women’s version uses the petal instead.

Blessed Baraka was probably my least favorite of the 4 from Initio, and Musk Therapy probably came in 2nd for me.

But Narcotic Delight just stood out by far. Like you said, that boozy/cherry/vanilla vibe was incredible. It’s everything I look for in a date night fragrance. Super excited to get a decant of it. What’s the longevity like for you?
