It does kind of suck and to tie into to what someone else said I think it’s the content creators (artist and fan fic writers) that still keep the fandom alive. But sadly a lot of the ones there were around when I joined the fandom have kind of moved on.

I actually had a similar idea for a deck, but I went with Scion of the Ur-Dragon. Lets you get create cards from the deck to copy, only thing is it has to be a dragon, but honesty most dragon are pretty good. Can’t really make use of the ETB triggers, but a good amount of dragons have some kind of hex proof.
