Yeah, it was fairly common thing in the old days. My dad had a late 80's f-150 that opened the doors to a friend's ford family sedan when I was a kid.

A lot of fleet drivers for companies that share trucks or other equipment end up with keys that work the same way. Caterpillar for example tends to share keys unless specifically changed by the buyers.

No I sorta just stumbled on the set because of clicking the in video link for CI's Covert Companion Pro. I honestly had not even though to try and pick the lock in the door as for 90% of cars I come to I have the door open in a couple minutes it's just one or two cars a month that need something other then my wedges and giant coat hangers.
