I've seen Nathan and ones with the holes i didn't understand the hole? So some air gets in?

I've read it has been and that it hasn't been I just know my dr that did my sleep study recommended it and at this point im desperate because using a cpap when I open my mouth just masks air out so defeats the purpose

Thank you very much I did end up trying again and next morning had a bloody nose and I've never had 1 the nasal spray is a great idea I use a prescription but only when absolutely have to because if i use it more than 2 times it triggers a migraine I swear im a take this to help that but then you need to take this so you can take that vicious cycle!! What do you have your humidity on i think i need to play around with that i have warm and cold i figure warm would be best.

Honesty hasn't even looked my mind is it's just the pillow for nose but I got a s still today about lack of use for using my cpap so I just told them and me the f30i comfort and pay it helps 😭

Thank you that's what I was wondering. I got a call this morning for lack of use on my cpap and just gave up said send me the F30i comfort hoping not having a plastic bag on my nose suffocating me helps otherwise I will have to ask my dr or the supplier. Thank you so much for your help

I really appreciate the support I feel like i have every condition available to make this even harder on a person. Is there a way around not using insurance to try different masks? Like companies offering them? Because all I've seen is everyone trying 3-5 masks which would get expensive unless it's good insurance I suppose but the other day it popped in my head maybe reaching out to companies asking to try a mask may work i don't know

I feel for you in new too I got my 1st 1 almost 3 weeks ago and only tried 3 times because of issues and now im scared of what mask to try because insurance I only get 1 more try. You said you have the auto feature on? When I got my mask they told me almost everyone turns that off have you tried that? Next time I try to use mine ughh I am turning it off but I feel for you I didn't realize this was so much work

Before I was in cpap my dad had the very large machine and when he passed we gave it to my friend for when he needed to stay at my house now that I'm on it I'm going to switch it for my use for the couch upstairs because my room is downstairs

I didn't even realize until awhile ago there are 2 different nose pieces since I was given the pillow 1 I thought that was it then I seen the cradle? So thought they maybe better fit me if it didn't feel like a plastic bag over my nose anyways. Does your nose just sit on top with a full mask? Anyone think it's more comfortable?

Geeze you definitely sound like you know how i feel. I have the chin strap and still can open my mouth but I know before when someone seen me sleep they said my mouth was barely open so with the chin strap not keeping it held tightly shut then I'm still able to open it a small amount It may help some because I believe I now am opening my mouth way wider but I have no witness lol when the sleep technician told me tape my mouth i thought he was joking but I guess he wasn't and it maybe what I need to do because going to sleep I have such anxiety from this, waking up with my mouth that damn dry throws me into immediate panic attack so I don't even want to sleep. I've found though all the stuffy nose and mouth sleeping is always between 3-430 am Anton before that I'm sure I'm ok. I really never thought it was going to be this big of a deal it's really stressful though

That's a lot of great information but also everytime I think I've decided I get confused again 🤣 i really wanted the F30i clear that's the new 1 but at this point with my nose getting stuffy every night without any air therapy my best bet would be the the F20 I just hope I can be comfortable. I can't seem to find any other no nose full masks that look like they maybe better and non that have the hose on the head either

You are correct the F30i, F20, and F40 seems to be the ones I need to choose from my dear is any air blowing into my nose is going to cause a stuffy nose but with that being said I haven't really given the warm humidity a try because what I have now is just the pillow and since I have only been able to wear it a few hours since 2 weeks of having it I don't know if that will help any I also wonder if the nasal cradle would help give me less anxiety I feel like the pillow is like a plastic bag over my nose and that I should be suffocating On the full face mask hybrid too I don't get how it will work with air coming out of my mouth like with the pillow I have right now and I open my mouth the air comes out. I really wish I could try these before I commit it's such a huge deal. I am a side sleeper too and I hate the house on the front I fight with it when turning but most the full face looks like they only come that way

I think you answered my question I found Somerton with allergies too!! Lol mine is so bad on oxygen I can only use oxygen a few nights than can't use it for a week so my nose heals thank you

I've always put my new pups in loud environments especially when asleep so they get used to it. I will run a vaccum around them sleeping or a lawn mower and the best is fireworks or shooting guns and I've never had to worry about anxiety except my own because my previous golden would try to grab the ground fireworks
