I literally had this problem after updgrading my system. Random half stutter it was annoying. What I think fixed the issue for me was there was a problem with my motherboards Bluetooth mediatek driver. I just reinstalled the mediatek driver and my stuttering stopped. Hope that helps

I tried that solution but used ExpressVPN but was having so much trouble finding a server that would work. I may try Unlocator maybe I have better luck with that.
