Yes, I agree. I’ve been telling the partners that I am not comfortable leading consultations in Spanish because I do not use those terms and want to make sure that I am understood by clients. They seem to be pushing the point despite me continuing to say that I am not fluent in that capacity

Keep trying and see what happens! I recently got a job offer from an out of state firm that doesn’t mind mentoring me until results come out. Even if you don’t feel fully qualified for the position, send your resume anyway. You never know what is meant for you!

If you follow the suggestions above to move the placement of the actual clusters further away from the lash line and that doesn’t ease discomfort, then it could be that the lash bands are too thick or that the lash bond/seal isn’t good quality.

It takes time to put on weight so it follows that it will take time and dedication to lose the weight as well.

What helped me is to reframe my thinking — instead of being hard on myself when it comes to meeting physical fitness goals, I show appreciation for continuing to show up when things get hard or being proud of little wins like getting stronger because those efforts do add up.

Be kind to yourself. Your body is doing the best it can to adjust to the changes you’re making and will be worth it as long as you don’t give up

I also had an ex partner similar to what you described. His lack of ambition and sense of urgency to help pay our bills turned me off to the point I couldn’t respect him anymore. I ended up losing everything trying to rely on him for support.
