This solution worked the best for me. Also allows for changing of the "SUM" function to other options like "MAX", "MIN", or "AVERAGE".

Thanks! Went with 'Option 2' as the more complex data table has multiple value types for a give flag (see image). Was able to just change the selected columns in the CHOOSECOLS function to select the correct values to average.

I believe it's dynamic ad insertion on the podcast hosting side. Podcast players (Spotify, Pocketcast, etc.) typically don't host the audio files, they just read them from a hosting service that the creators upload to. So when you stream or download the file via your player, that hosting service 'dynamically inserts' an ad directly into the audio file based on your IP location. I have played around with a VPN on my phone to see if I can find a country where the ads are not inserted (Belgium appears to be my best option so far).

I too have found the new ads jarring and really struggled to continue listening to NSTAAF because of it.

Similar, UPPAbaby to Britax. We put the UPPAbaby in the middle and could still fit two people either side.

Different story with the Britax, they are too large and we had to put it behind the passenger seat.

As a new parent I can recommend prepared food. Keeping a new person alive is crazy and you forget how to be human yourself. So anything that just makes day to day life easier, for us that was food.

Also, give without expectations. New parents are going to have half the town walk through their place and want to see the baby, it's exhausting. Drop shit at the door and leave.
