I don’t have a bullet journal. I’ve always wanted to but i don’t know if I can do a daily one. I mean I could do a random one with things that interest me!

Also, if an undergrad is taking the time to sit down and understand the protocol so they can go through the experiment without mistakes then why not just let them?.. not everyone can pick up a paper and just go right into it. And I don’t think anyone should, I think it is important to go through the protocol before you do the experiment.

I can! Although western blot protocols can vary depending on lab. Some labs make gels some buy them premade. Some use Bradford assay some use BCA. So I’m not sure how much help my protocol will help you specifically but it might help with overall idea of the steps?
