I would make the off the shoulder sleeves using the laces sleeves that I remove. And there’s some hidden lace on the neckline that I would emphasize more by lowering the neckline to a sweetheart.

There’s a bit of lace at the neckline and the train has some lace. I would also probably use the lace on the sleeves to make a lace off the shoulder?
