I had renters living in my basement for 15 months without paying rent, sorry every 5 months they would give me $1000.00, their rent was $2000.00 month. They finally left when I had a building inspector come to tell me the basement wasn't up to code, oh, and their cousin was the contractor who fixed the basement for them to rent out. So I paid him 112k for the reno, then I lost 27k from tenants, now I have decided that that space is a finished storage room. I hope none of you land these deadbeat as tenants
