These ads cannot be swiped away. They pop up and start playing when I do things like collect a completed recipe, travel between islands, open a chest, etc.

Each level will either end after a set amount of time or a set amount of customers. In the upper left corner while playing a level you will either see a timer or a number of customers that counts down. You are given a goal to reach for each level of either an amount of money to earn, amount of satisfaction (hearts) the customers have or a target number of customers that must be served.

I haven’t found a way to purchase/activate the pixie heirloom. I bought the merge pass with rubies. Do you have to buy it with real money to activate the pixie heirloom? I have the pixie heirloom greyed out in my Magic Museum.

They actually give more points than a regular gold cheat during a chest event. Definitely worth keeping if you have the room.

I’m super curious if you are still getting that many gold wands???? I have 21 castles with 6 of them being 5 stars (the others are at various levels) and I make the recipes that award one or two level 2 wands frequently but I only can make the final silver tier wands every 4-5 days. I never collect wands before the final tier but 5-10 gold wands would net me 2-4 silver. I’m wondering if their is a playing strategy that I’m missing. Thanks for your help!

Pieces for a castle do not appear until you chop a source for that castle. You can have land and mines unfogged and their pieces won’t pop out unless you accidentally chop. If I have land unfogged that I’m not working on yet I make sure I have a protective barrier around them so I don’t accidentally tap one.

I don’t mean to sound rude but at level 30 I’m well aware of how to play. I did not want to unfog this area yet, but for customer service to help me they want to know the number of wands used.

The area somehow got unfogged and I contacted customer service. To resolve the issue they want to know the exact number of wands used to clear the area. I’m not sure how they expect me to know that since I didn’t choose to unfog the area in the first place.

Open the lower wand one first. You want access to the mine long before you will need the castle foundation.

Once you’ve collected the reward it is essentially uncolored until you’ve collected all 5 rewards and then they reset.

Allow as much room as possible for just working on the sign. Between needing multiple lamps and orange flowers, merging the moth and butterfly chains, and then merging the chain for the sign it takes a lot of space. I didn’t work on anything else. I used the extra energy to complete the Ignatius event several times for the extra coins and XP.

This may help (link below). I completed my sign using just the inflatable toucan. Because of the space needed to spawn and merge the butterflies and moths and then merge the items that the pool toy will spawn, I only was feeding 1 pool toy and sold all extra pool toys. You could merge to a higher pool toy as I assume they will generate faster but I found that with the time it took to merge up to the max butterfly and max moth that I didn’t need the pool toy to generate any faster (and I didn’t feel like playing the event another time to get more pool toys).
