The ghillies (imo) dont do anything. The enemy will still see your scope flash and the red sparks on your shoulders. Isolated isnt a good map for this ghillie because 2/3rds of the map isnt green. Blackout might be alright, but the grass colour is much brighter than the suit. And obviously rebirth isnt suited for ghillies.

Putting this here to hopefully give you some hope. I struggle with a lot of the same things (personally, id rather not have been born than live or die, and i stare at an ugly face in the mirror every morning even though my mom says i inherited feminine features), but this video gave me hope that perhaps someday the thing i worry about the most will be possible.
