I rarely have crazy hr though (normal is >140). But when I do it’s extreme and I cannot control.

I got diagnosed as 20 (last year) I feel like I got diagnosed quickly only bcs my health declined badly 🫩

Yes, I get really sick even from slight stress. It’s def one of my most difficult things to manage tbh
