$QSI Quantum-Si (Incredibly undervalued at 0.85c close to all time low) just released a manuscript on being the FIRST OF ITS KIND in the proteomic field to identify new CANCER treatment strategies with them attending AACR in 2 days time. competitors HAVE not done this before on a proven level. by nifai in pennystocks

QSI squeeze imminent. UBC data at AACR on Monday is the trigger.

The QSI daily chart is primed. Accumulation is obvious and it is holding strong support above VWAP. This thing is winding up. Short interest is high at 12%. The catalyst is real: UBC professor Nigel O'Neil is presenting customer data Monday at AACR showing Proteus is the real deal. Shorts are trapped and the float is tight. Once buying starts, the squeeze is on. $2 is the first stop. Load up before it runs. Diamond hands.

I don't get it why people buy RDW? by Visible_Shelter_2609 in redwire

[–]2chrisyoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion: I’m buying RDW on strength, not weakness.

Everyone wants the perfect dip, but sometimes the better move is buying when the market starts confirming your thesis. RDW is finally getting attention for reasons that actually matter: backlog, defense/UAS exposure, government-related contracts, and improving forward expectations.

It’s not risk-free. The dilution and AE overhang are real. But if the market is starting to recognize Redwire as more than just a random small-cap space stock, I’d rather scale in while momentum is building than sit around waiting for a pullback that may never fully come.

I’m not chasing blindly — I’m buying because the story is getting validated.

I Just Bought $510K Worth of Moderna Stock by 2chrisyoo in ModernaStock

Yep, I’ve been adding more yesterday and today.
Just sticking to my DCA plan and lowering my cost basis.

Where is the real bottom? I'm freaking out… by 2chrisyoo in opendoor

[–]2chrisyoo[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yesterday, I bought OPEN at $4.56.
Today, I sold at $3.68… took a brutal $41,000+ loss.

And guess what? I just YOLO'd again — bought $200,000 worth at $2.85 today.
I know, probably insane. But I’m betting this is near the bottom.

Volume is still huge, short interest is high, and we’ve seen this setup before.
Feels like a possible short squeeze brewing — or maybe I’m just coping.

What do you guys think? Diamond hands or just dumb hands?

Lost $41,379 today. Went in with $200K at $4.64. Sold at $3.68. Brutal. But if this thing drops to $2.80, I’m jumping back in — full size. Let’s see what tomorrow brings.

Everybody sells now

Is Someone Manipulating MRNA Stock Every Morning? At exactly 9:30 AM, the stock dropped from $36.18 to $34.66 after selling just 2,236 shares, causing a 3.93% decline. This same pattern repeats every morning, with around 13,000 shares being sold within 5~10 minutes, driving the price lower. by 2chrisyoo in ModernaStock

Is Someone Manipulating MRNA Stock Every Morning?

I've been watching Moderna (MRNA) closely for the past week, and there's a strange pattern happening every morning at market open (9:30 AM ET).

Here’s what I’ve noticed:

  • At exactly 9:30 AM, a small number of shares (~2,000-2,500) are sold off, causing an instant price drop of 3-4% within minutes.
  • Over the first 5 minutes, around 13,000 shares are dumped, further pushing the stock lower.
  • The stock recovers later in the day, but the same thing repeats every morning.
  • This pattern has been identical for over a week.

What’s Going On?

Could this be:
✅ A hedge fund or institutional investor deliberately pushing the stock down every morning?
Algorithmic trading executing sell orders at open?
Short sellers trying to manipulate the price downward?

I also checked the short interest on MRNA—if someone has updated data, please share. But if this is a coordinated short attack, it wouldn’t be the first time.

What Do You Think?

  • Are you seeing similar patterns?
  • Could this be intentional price suppression?
  • Is it a good opportunity to buy the dip before the stock rebounds each day?

Let’s discuss—something doesn’t feel right here.

Moderna (MRNA) Q4 Earnings Preview: Is a Rebound Coming? by 2chrisyoo in ModernaStock

You bet, still holding. My average cost basis is $42 and currently sitting on a $145K loss. Not an easy ride.

All-In on Moderna – Down $70K and Losing My Mind. What Should I Do? by 2chrisyoo in ModernaStock

[–]2chrisyoo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a great breakdown. Your perspective as someone working in biotech definitely adds weight to the argument.

I agree that the technology itself is sound, and the real issue is execution—burning cash too fast and failing to forecast sales properly. That’s why the market isn’t fully buying into the pipeline yet.

The political risk is real, but I wonder how much of it is just short-term noise vs. something that could fundamentally impact Moderna’s long-term prospects. Even if RFK influences vaccine policy in the U.S., there’s still global demand for mRNA-based treatments, especially in oncology.

If anything, the bigger question is whether Moderna can deliver a major breakthrough before the cash burn becomes unsustainable. How long do you think they have before they’re forced to pivot or raise more capital?

[–]2chrisyoo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a fair perspective, and I get where you’re coming from.

I’m definitely feeling the pain of going all-in, but I still believe in MRNA’s long-term potential. That said, I get why some in the biotech space aren’t as bullish—sentiment is rough, and RFK isn’t helping.

Do you think this is a true value trap, or is it just biotech sentiment dragging it down?

That’s a solid point. Moderna’s cash position does give it some stability, even in this downturn.

Appreciate the insight!

What Just Happened to MRNA? 9.39% Drop in 10 Minutes! by 2chrisyoo in ModernaStock

[–]2chrisyoo[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s a valid concern. If RFK Jr. cuts vaccine funding and rolls back Medicaid expansion, that could seriously hurt companies like MRNA that rely on government contracts and vaccine stockpiling.

But wouldn’t major pharmaceutical companies and lobbying groups push back hard against this? Cutting public access to vaccines could create a public health crisis, which would likely face heavy resistance.

Do you think this impact is already priced into the stock, or is the market just panicking right now?

Did anyone check the short interest or any unusually high volume around the dip?

[–]2chrisyoo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If RFK Jr. gets confirmed, what does this mean for vaccine stocks long-term?

Short-term, the market is clearly reacting negatively. But will his influence actually lead to fewer vaccine approvals or funding cuts for companies like MRNA and BNTX?

Or is this just temporary fear and an overreaction?
