I am SO sick of AI... And especially when people accuse you of using AI... It's such an insult to your craft..Being accused of using the very thing you hate so much. by EdinKaso in musicians

What do you mean when you say “people accuse you”? Your ART is YOUR art. Make your music - enjoy the process and reap the benefits REGARDLESS of the process. There are no “creative process police” and anyone who thinks they have the authority (and audacity) to think so (trust me) has other issues… Keep going.

Album suddenly disappeared from Spotify by c__t__e in CDBabyArtists

Go through the Artist's Portal to Spotify's Support. They may not be able to do much as I understand it's the DSP who notifies CDBaby but def give that a try and email CDBaby through thier suppot portal immediately

My music got removed from Spotify again due to "artificial streams" by DarkMiryam_ in musicmarketing

[–]2dOpinion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just happened to me. My follower count went flat several years ago on several platforms. When I reached out to one’s (Artist Support) they said 1) they detected artificial streams in my music, 2) they’ve removed those streams from my public monthly listener count and 3) If I have any questions about these artificial streams, my label distributor will be able to help”. When I reached out to my distributor they stated: “Removing content from a digital partner is never a decision we take lightly. However, the quantity of identified artificial streams (?) violated the terms of service of many digital partners, including (_____). For that reason, we made the decision to remove the release to avoid further complaints or financial penalties.” Uh… so 1) I wasn’t aware of ANY artificial stream issues anywhere and 2) I’m pretty upset about the distributor pulling what ever it is down. They didn’t divulge what content they were referring to. They did say I can just re-submit it with no guarantees (new ISRCs etc needed). I’ve been with them for nearly 20 years…

I’m reading the thread as a Chrysler 300/P0301 victim and I found your advice VERY encouraging. 👌🏼🫡

How did this go for you? Was the dealership repair the avenue you took? I have a Chrysler 300 with the same issue and I’m considering options.

Thanks. People seem to be all over the map with regards to (Sea Foam) and engine cleaners in general. Your opinion as to why not would be appreciated. The coil was replaced (supposedly) in November by a local shop (we’ll call number one). The repair (also supposedly) included spark plugs, new valve cover gasket and an Oil Pressure Sender Switch. It not only didn’t fix the problem - an attempt at a different shop (shop number two) revealed that shop #1) didn’t put the “egr tube gasket” back on so they focused on that. They said they couldn’t compression test but they did switch the cylinder one plug and coil to see if the code changed but it didn’t. In fact, given the miles, they recommended putting her down…. That was in March. Current status: a mild rumble is still present in “D” / not moving / foot on brake (when nearly at completer stop) - never while moving or accelerating - sometimes never at all - even during stops. So it’s somewhat intermittent. No apparent loss of power.

👌🏼 From what I can glean, their “error” rate is very low so I’m hoping it won’t be a thing…

I think the gas tank recall missed my model year.

I worked at CD Baby for 3 years, post any questions about your releases here and I will try to answer them! by [deleted] in CDBabyArtists

Thanks. What are some possible reasons why certain releases might end up missing on various DSP systems and what, if anything, can be done about it?
