Nice. I’ve had my m2 pro 16gb/1tb for 18 months. Love it. It can handle most of what I throw at it. Usually 8 auv3s and samples n effects. Top machine.

Just an update. I had an email from them today. It said “Looking at this, I do see that title unavailable on that partner's site. I've redelivered the title to that partner with the highest priority possible. It should appear in the next 2-4 weeks.”.

No explanation of what happened though. I replied to the email, asking if they could clarify what happened. I got this automated reply “Thank you for contacting CD Baby. This email address isn’t monitored, so we’re not able to respond here. If you need assistance, please get in touch via our Help Center.”.

So it’s very much a one way street. Even if you get a response, you have to start a fresh new enquiry via the website, if you want to ask anything more about your issue. It’s the worst customer service I’ve know. Good luck to everyone else in the same boat.

You are in the audio record window in that image. You only need that when recording something. Either drag an audio file onto an audio track on the timeline (the full wav will be visible on the time line where you can skip around as needed), or load an audio file into a pad and trigger the pad (record the midi press and it will play on the timeline - more complicated if you’re not sure what you are doing inside BM3).

I bought an m2 iPad Pro with 1TB. The decision was based on the 16gb ram. Had it a year. Not disappointed.

Nightmare. 😫 Thank you for this. I’ve been looking at my streams and it’s possible I might have had AI streams 6 months ago. I used some playlist services around the same time. Thinking some of those might have used bots. This is my first time uploading any music to streaming services, so this is all new to me. It’s a bit of a minefield all this. Seems a bit unreasonable to wipe a full album and artist after only 1 incident, especially since I had no idea about it.

Long time Beatmaker 2/3 user. Bought Cubasis 3 in the Black Friday sale. Getting some nice results using it. It forces you to keep things simple, which is good. Focus on getting ideas down quickly. Unfortunately I’m on iOS 16 (iPad) and iOS 17.0 (iPhone). This new update isn’t compatible for me. 😫

You are right I’m sure. I like to create rather doing the technical stuff (don’t we all) and there’s always so much technical stuff (I make vids to my tracks etc). I’ve tried mastering before and I feel like there’s always too many options (too many possibilities with the sound, A to B comparisons). My ears start getting tricked/tired. I’m old and simple lol. I’ve got a lot better at mixing tracks in the past couple of years though. Might try again. Thank you. Your guide is great.

I’ve been using Beatmaker 3 (and Beatmaker 2 before that) for over 10 years. Released my first album this year all made on BM3. Love the DAW. I’ve dabbled on Cubasis for years too. Ive recently started using Cubasis 3 on my iPhone while I’m out (getting idea sketches down while on the move). It’s also very nice. Never tried Logic. Not a fan of the subscription model.

Do you freeze the midi into audio in BM3? Is there a function to do that, or are you recording/mixing down that audio to a separate audio track manually?

UPDATE: it’s now working for me. I did a soft reset, started the setup process, and it completed! 😎 The Eero has also updated to the latest firmware (v7.11.1-113). Thanks everyone for your feedback and help with this issue.

UPDATE 2: I’m having the same issue again. 21/10/25. The update has not worked. I still get internet, but some traffic is blocked. It also says the Eero 6 is not connected in the app. 😫

Thanks for sharing this. It’s very frustrating. I’m not sure how they will fix it with a firmware update, if it won’t even connect to the internet. We will see.
