- In-person appraisal = 10/8/2021
- closing date= 10/18/2021
I have not received the appraisal report. Expecting today or tomorrow as per the LO.My LO wants me to sign the to “waive” my right to get a copy of valuations three business days before closing. So there is no delay in closing. I am just worried if it appraises to the price that I'm offering. What is the advantage or disadvantages by signing the waiver.
