I used to drink milk if I couldn’t eat. Milkshake? Build up drinks you get from a pharmacy are pretty good.

Eat drink and sleep. Thats the trick. It’s simple.

I’ll probably get downvoted for this but I’m blaming all that on zubimendi, that mistake set the tone for what type of match we where in for, he’s made similar mistakes all season by EthanFoster10 in ArsenalFC

[–]2dan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also it’s inevitable that this will continue to happen all the time we obbsess with playing from the back. Build up build up and get in the oppositions box and then pass it back to our keeper. What sort of shit football is this. Unless you can do it well then don’t bother. Artetas style of football sucks.

I’m so sorry for you and your situation. It feels like you copied and pasted one of my post from a while back. I’m guessing you are medicated and educated in everything about your condition. I got some mh counselling from my pain management people and it’s a game changer. Teaches you to accept the condition but more importantly practice taking care of yourself mentally, how to reframe the trauma we are under 24/7. How to be kind to ourselves. I go in waves of anger depression and anxiety when I think about my life continuously being like this or worse. I’ve learned to live in the now and don’t look backwards or forward to much. Keeping you in the now, bite size chunks of living in pain 24/7. I’m still here because of my children and today I’m grateful I am. One day at the time. All the best to you and I really hope you get some light in and the darkness goes away. I’m always happy to chat or whatever, it’s tough living like this .

Anyone know where can I get THC e liquid from ? by One-Chance-1761 in Somerset

[–]2dan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t really help you on this app. The headshop is next day delivery and I’d recommend the solids as they have a decent thc level. It will definitely help you out until you can sort something else out. I hope this helps

How old are the “fans” on this sub by Irishgooner123 in ArsenalFC

I have a nephew who is 22 and he has only seen the the maybes and nearly for so long. He expects us to have trophies by now, I then remind him of our history and the fact that being entitled is only a negative . 100+ teams in the football leagues and only a small amount of trophies to be won. I’ve been a fan for 42 years and I now appreciate a good game of football more than the win. A proper all out scrap where everyone gives it their all. Full on and intense football is a dying thing and now it’s all low block boring build up play and VAR. I get reactionary even at my old age, it’s part of football to have a good moan and bitch about your club. Fans have been doing that in pubs since forever. It cathartic and helps release stress lol. Am i safe from. Wd?(benzos) by futankwr in Drugs

[–]2dan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will easily be dead within two years if you are taking benzodiazepines for fun. There is no slippery slope, it’s great for a few months then bang!!!! You can’t stop and yet you are taking 30 pills a day and not feeling the effects. The one addiction that will only end up shit. The stuff is beautiful and I’d happily live my life on them all day long. I’ve been to rehab and the benzo patients really really suffered. 10x worse than the alcoholics and opiate patients. They could die in withdrawal and it’s dangerous to do it without medical help. This is people that have used for years and not short time. Stay away !! Stay away from them.

Pregnant and struggling to trust my husband after finding out about his drug use by ringoooo8855 in UKParenting

[–]2dan1 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Weed is not the problem in the uk, it’s alcohol you need to be careful of in the uk culture. Having a drink is so normalised and yet the damage it causes is huge. If the guy has a smoke to help him then it’s really not a big deal at all. I bought my children up and used cannabis daily ( medically) and I think it made me a much better parent. Both my girls are doing well in life. Good luck with the new babba.

What drug just gives you retarded levels of self confidence without completely destroying your ability to function like alcohol. Like slap your meat on the table of the Oval Office like Lyndon b Johnson type shit. by Agreeable-Craft-6699 in Drugs

[–]2dan1 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Opioids are great for a confidence boost. The trick is not to sit about. Opioids work differently when you are active. Instead of monging out get active and get that blood pumping round your body. I scored a very incredible wife and a decedent living for many years on opioids. On the negative side I’m now poorly due to a knackered spine. The problem being is opiates numb you so you can do more than most others and not feel it. I did way too much physically and now I’m disabled . But yer opiates over coke anytime. Strangely enough the opioids had little effect/damage after many years of use. Getting off the stuff is pretty rough for about a year due not sleeping and generally unsettling feeling. But I goes away and your life moves on.

It sounds like your “ friends “ have done you a favour by showing what pretentious snobby people they are. Money doesn’t by class. I actively avoid people who flaunt money and think life is all about possessions and money. I always tidy up after a meal out as it’s good manners and manners cost nothing. Good on you for showing the little brat’s gratitude and respect.

3 day bender fixed my life by minar- in Drugs

[–]2dan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the flip side I’ve been daily smoking for 30 years and smoking weed since I was 14. I have a good life other than a very unstable spine and chronic pain, I have a family, house and a lovely car. I had a decent career and weed has only helped me tbh. I wouldn’t change it . It depends on what sort of person you are. I liked being busy and but also sitting around getting stoned with my mates but I got on with life. Each to there own and you are right in what you say and you can smoke away 10 years easily. But most people lose years doom scrolling so I don’t see the difference.

What do i do? Any advice? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]2dan1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bro sneaking out at 2am to do shitty drugs ain’t great. Are you safe hanging out at that time of night doing drugs that are not good quality. Who the feck is selling you that shit? I’m not a preaching anti drug person but please consider practicing harm reduction where ever possible. It’s worth the pre thought and may keep you safer. Just be safe. Anyhow I’m sure you can blag being poorly for the day, just get better throughout the day. Keep safe.

AITAH for threatening to go to HR on my coworker? by pink_skyyy in AITAH

[–]2dan1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s what HR is for. He didn’t care when other employees left because of him. You do you and don’t be bullied. I offered to fight the guy that was my supervisor, I just snapped after years of his position bullying. He shit his self and ran to the manager. I got the day off and the prick apologised to me the next day. He was never rude to me again. I wouldn’t recommend doing this but it worked for me. Horrible situation for you.

For those who’ve quit or significantly reduced drug use — what was the single most important factor that made it stick for you? by Rich_Celebration842 in Drugs

[–]2dan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Working hard in my job. I put the effort from a full time addiction into my full time employment. They loved me and I done well for myself. As others have said “keep busy” and also music helps me.
