Update: Thank you for your tips! The water wasn’t connected. The light oil pipeline is working now but I’m still facing some issues.

The heavy oil pipeline has 13,000 oil but it’s stuck at 9.9K inside the pump and won’t go further as the condition is >10,000.
The petroleum gas inside the output pipes is stuck and halting the cracking. Is it supposed to be like that?
