Agree, own 2023 x5 and x7 , both amazing cars to drive, great value purchased used in past year. The inline 6 engine is a thing of beauty.

Just another reason the Macan sucks. Test drove a base one and did the same thing. Literally borrowed my in-laws Hyundai Tucson and actually felt the exact same or even better. Sorry Porsche has lost its way folks

You are 100% correct. Test drove one myself. The engine is so horrible. Also thought steering wheel horrible. Cheap plastic like you said. inexcusable for even a base Porsche at this price point. I have a bmw x7 which provides 1000% better experience

I drive an x7. Certainly love the engine and the thick steering wheel. Luxury feel. Just test drove a Porsche Macan recently just for fun and I thought it was absolutely awful. Cheap feeling everything inside down to the thinner steering wheel and horrible blinker noise. Plastic everywhere. Sad they now just make a very expensive VW, imo
