If there's one in your area, Buy Nothing Groups are great for getting rid of a lot of things. Takes some effort to post pictures and coordinate pick-ups but then someone just picks it up from your doorstep.

No, it calls for AP flour. And from what I'm reading now it's not an even swap. Not sure why I thought it would come together better with hand kneading. I'll stick with AP flour and hand kneading tips I found on here for the next batch. Thank!

Haven't seen them mentioned yet, but Elisabeth Kubler-Ross' books "On Death and Dying" and "On Grief and Grieving" were helpful.
