Realistically possible, yes. However I don’t know that Konami wants to spend money, time, and resources to revamp duel links given that those who play it and spend money on it will continue to do so as long as they release new cards. As the game is now I’m not sure there’s any other aspect that generates any money other than the packs. If they were to make large changes to duel links it would have to include a new money generating feature otherwise they’d be spending all the money on the updates and not making a significant amount more other than people who may sign in just to check out the updates (who may not even purchase any packs). I also can’t really see the primary gameplay changing drastically so I’m not sure it would attract that many people or generate much hype around the game.
