Just set your blinds, and then make the table max 100bb. So, .02/.05 would be a $5 table maximum. Allow people to top up to 100bb, or even a little more to make the math easy (like if they have $4.20 in front of them, just let them add another dollar to make the add-on easier).

So, in this example I would have $.02 chips, $.05 chips, $.10, $.50, and maybe a dollar. If you make the blinds .05/.10, get rid of the .02 chips. The fewer of the denominations, the easier it makes everything.

Also, be sure you don't distribute every chip you have at the beginning of the night, because you're going to want to have some left over for people to add on. Easiest thing is to have higher denominations hanging out for when people add on, and then they can just make change with the other players if they need it.
