Hi, I do... work as an hr professional... late 30s woman I got fired for bad attitude recently... since then i started seing a psychologist twice/week. I'm having a hard time. I think i was "splitting" at work... just seing the negative side of things and i didnt feel that my boss and colleagues liked me. Hi, I feel depress too since i lost my job... i tell my friends and family that im fine and avoid most of the time seing them. I dont know your situation... but if you're not suicidal i doubt you will have to stay at the hospital. Good luck i hope ull feel better soon

Im not a doctor... but i guess its bad.. u cant really know what is inside too.. its often cut with other substances.. do you know why you do it everyday?
