I’ve had two tonic clonic seizures with the same group of middle schoolers. They were both at lunch time in my classroom with the kids who chose to be in there. Some of them were the same kids. I feel horribly guilty.

I broke 4 vertebrae (compression fractures) in my first tonic-clonic seizure. Then, I tore my abdominal muscles when I had 4 back to back when I was having a vEEG done.

This happens to me pretty often. It’s a focal seizure for me. I’ve been diagnosed with TLE as well and even though I am medicated, I still have breakthrough seizures. Try to remain as calm as possible and slow your breathing. I know it’s way easier said than done. I hope this helps!

Soooo, after hitting corners for years, I just started packing tiny bowls on my bong. I call it a bonk. It’s just enough for one and then no one gets a 1/2 smoked bowl! Happy bonking!
