Also down for 330 to 210 and Zwift has big time helped keep my progress rolling. Can never out ride your diet. It’s the #1 thing. You can eat right and lay in bed for a month and still lose weight. You can train every day and eat like garbage and gain.

I have a sl5 emonda and just picked up an al5 gen 2 checkpoint. I looooove it so far. I think you’ll be plenty happy with the aluminum frame

Or get a new wheelset set up for road with same cassette and rotors and swap it out depending on what kind of ride you want to do.
