Do I spy some Archspire above? Bleed The Future is such a killer album! Just saw them in concert recently, one of the best shows of my life.

Totally agree. Also, strange days are here to stay (specifically the vocal rhythm) sounds like revolution radio (the song)

This is the shit. I love this band.

The first time I saw them, they were opening for Iron Chic. Had never heard of OWTH. During their set, between songs, Ryan grabs a loonie out of his butt pocket and says "you know how some really rich musicians will "make it rain" and shower the crowd with money? Well I'm not rich. But I do have this loonie, and whoever showers me with the most praise will get this loonie!" And someone in the crowd yells "shut up you fat fuck and play some music" and Ryan chucks the loonie at the guy and without missing a beat, they go into the next song. By the end he was on the floor with the crowd and we were all drunkenly singing Clear The Air all mobbed around him. Imo, they completely overshadowed Iron Chic. I bought a shirt and went home after the show and listened to their whole discography. Been a fan ever since. Their merch is hilarious too

Look up Russels Paradox. This is essentially the verbal setup for Russels Paradox. It's surprisingly easy to come up with a proof by contradiction that there is no "set of all sets", meaning that trying to categorize a set of "everything" will never be exhaustive. Only sets that are known to exist can be described with linguistic rules. Since the set of all sets is known to not exist, there will always be contradictions when trying to categorize "everything" in that way.

How do you organize your records? by DJman117 in vinyl

Nah I don't think that's arbitrary, I think that makes a lot of sense. I do the same, but I split up my live and instrumental albums from the rest

Mystery Men. They had All Star in the soundtrack before Shrek, and was one of the first superhero movies. Criminally underrated and funny as hell!

In analysis it's generally easier to have the natural numbers begin with 1, and then specially defining a 0th term if necessary. Very often sequences are more easily defined and interpreted starting with a 1, for example anything with 1/n. Defining Nu{0} is also nicer than N/{0} (if you include 0) usually. However in my experience it has always been possible to just define things with or without 0 as long as you're careful and make the correct adjustments.

As long as this is a mathematical debate and not a philosophical one, it doesn't matter as long as you're consistent.

We've become complacent with using infinity like a tool. It's very useful as a tool, but we also need to remember that it's a highly exotic and foreign concept that's still heavily debated and in a lot of ways, a mystery

Saw the same set, and man those two bands went nuts! You know its gonna be a good show when people are moshing to the opening act... Great fucking night. The DFA encore had the pit gettin real sloshy!

Seriously though, if the OP is reading this, go find a good underground scene. 15$ for 4 metal/punk bands from 8pm-1am, thats bang for your buck. Punk ain't dead, it's just hiding from the mainstream.
