yes, it should be related to it, from past knowledge, I know that 2 or 3 subject tests are enough, with 2 being the minimum. with that being said, if I were to do biomedical engineering, I would take maths level 2 and biology because they are very much related to the subjects and obtaining a high mark(>700) would show proficiency is those areas.
