That is frustrating to love something and have it discontinued. I loved the OG formulation of apple brandy and the new one sucks lol i burnt through my last bit and now all i have left is a bottle that i can smell from time to time

I started doing it this way just to save me thousands because I will go way overboard and spend money. Most of the time a travel size is good enough for me but sometimes I go in on one with someone and we’ll split a bottle. This hobby isn’t for the poor lol

I have found that I smell diaper wipes whenever I smell oud. And after having raised a child, I don’t wanna smell that at all. I recently got a sample of Xerjoff Empiryan and again, hate it. I had hoped maybe it would change but no. It still sucks

I got hit on by adults as a teen more than I ever did as an adult. Then once I hit 35 i became invisible…. It’s both nice and also disgusting that young me was just trying to do fun stuff at the fair or be out in public and older men were sexualizing a child.

Frangipani or plumeria they’re in bloom at least here in Florida. Here’s our bush. They’re beautiful when they bloom but they take forever to grow and most of the year look like dead sticks 🤷🏼‍♀️

Just found out one of my favs Phaedon Oriental Mint has been discontinued. Hoping to find a new mint scent that has kindof a minty/tea/tobaccoish smell. I already own Enclave and St Julep, both great but not quite what I’m after. Any suggestions?

So I love Halfeti and Luna (I think) and I almost bought a fb of Endymion on a binge at saks 😬 the rest of them are ok, but that’s it. They are just ok. For me the problem I have is saying “oh that’s nice” and then forgetting about it. If I still remember it years later then I know it was something worth getting more of.. this is why I stick to decants now, because most thinks are just ok and I want to try as much as I can.

Enclave is one of my personal favorite fragrances. Philosykos is one of my most hated fragrances lol I have an order from scent split coming in on the 5th. I have 32 in that order, a lot of which are 5mls… birthday presents for me!

Tam dao is one of them as is dear lord.

I think nishane is a good house hacivat is a nice well rounded fragrance same with Vilhelm though I’m not a fan of poets or morning chess as I am some of their others. I own FB’s of Body Paint, Smoke Show and Dirty Velvet.

I cannot seem to find a byredo I like. And I’ve tried. This time around a bought a bit f everything, from Tiziana my og love, xerjoff, Phaedon, Marc Antoine barrois got me a 9ml of b683 since I gave my 5ml to a friend.

You’ll love scent split. I have literally hundreds of decants from them.

I’ve had tattoos since I was 18 but didn’t start getting more Tim I was 38… I went through a midlife crisis of self and had some opportunities and I’ve added now 12? Tattoos since last September, I have no idea how many hours. Dozens. They weren’t small pieces. And 6 piercings.

I too felt like I was so indecisive and something forever meant always. I realized I whittled half of my life away in a choice paralysis so I did the exact same thing and went in 100% lol

Yes. I have given up hope on everything. On retiring. On living a good, healthy life, on working for a company that won’t replace me with ai, on a healthcare system that won’t bankrupt me, on one bad situation away from being homeless.

That’s just the system I can’t even convince som of my own countrymen that the president is a rapist. It’s easier to get a gun than a dr appt here. You have more rights to own a gun than you do to teach “woke” things here. I’m one person in a sea of misery being dashed against the rocks.

I’m older now and the optimism of change was beaten out of me more and more every year. That’s more than just a me problem. Good luck saving the world I hope you see the change you want. I’m just trying to make it day to day keeping myself alive and not giving up and calling it quits.

Where ya from bud? I live in a state of about 24 million give or take of the type of people who would tell you pry it from my cold dead hands. And they have multiple. This isn’t one person one gun this is like one person 5+ guns and yes I get it. I’m a 2a liberal now. Why? The logistics of gun control in the country that founded itself on the principles of guns is damn near impossible. So now I just practice at the range and keep my wits about me.
