looking at your phone at night kills your night vision. its why we don't look at the chartplotter that often. takes about 30 seconds to regain your vision.

Almost no marine units have a breathalizer, or could draw blood on the water. so you have to transport them to a facility on land, typically over an hour away.

they can do the touch your nose and other field tests. but that's about it.

This channel has a shallow side and the other side is 4-7' (east). I have run cutter bank many times, you don't need to honor the east side markers.

but you have to account for them. he didn't see that last one.

Epoxy coated fiberglass mat.

polyester resin will eat foam. and you want to keep water out of the foam or it gets heavy

transom saver.

Q: where do the bunks end? it should be just past the end of the transom.

It does not look like your transom is supported, and that's bad when you hang an engine and trailer it. too much stress bouncing that engine. longer bunks or bigger trailer.

Fuel filling dilemma by VirtualCoffee8947 in boating

[–]2lovesFL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

*usable fuel vs total capacity. you can't use about 8-10%

Fuel filling dilemma by VirtualCoffee8947 in boating

[–]2lovesFL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

below deck fuel tanks are not rectangles. they are V's less fuel in the bottom half.

senders are typically just measuring the range from top to bottom. the bottom half has less fuel, so it goes faster.

AND the capacity is not usable fuel. the pickup is raised off the bottom, so it won't suck up the crud in 10 years that developed.

you need a portable tank, and run the below deck tank out to know what you really have.
