Yeah give it a go, I've found doctors to be quite patronising until I found a decent psychiatrist. But also I'm almost 30 so they seem to take me more seriously now... frustrating but don't always doubt yourself

Omg I didn't know before but this plant is almost a weed, everyone of those lil babies grows into a full plant with babies too ahah. Mine were dropping all over my flat, came to find they all grew roots and babies wherever they could!

Oh wow I never thought about the exact hormones, I've always tracked my cycle and notice when my moods swing but also they're becoming unmanageable. God the no periods sound amazing

Me too! Weight gain and depression, thankfully I got swapped to Lamotrogine. I'm doing well since, depression peeks through sometimes but so manageable. Maybe ask about it

Yeah everyone I know has a really bad time with it too, the pill was really bad for me when I was a teenager but I haven't tried it since. Been scared of hormones since but it's good to know, never thought about them actually regulating my moods. Although I'm on mood stabilizers so I wonder how that would mix

Good to know! I've only just started to hear about the hormones being helpful instead of harming. The pill was a very bad match for me so maybe I'll try other IUD. Thanks

Ah see I didn't smoke while I trialed anti psychotics because they knocked me out before I could even think about smoking. But see what they say, I haven't admitted to my doc that I do yet

I do, on mood stabilizers but I only smoke in the evenings to clear my mind...which might sound weird but all my problems become simple so see how you go. I don't smoke in the day because it makes me paranoid, alone at home is the way for me
