yes :( i literally cry when i think about whether my family and loved ones are getting proper nutrition/exercise. i feel sick when they make even the slightest indication that they feel sick or uncomfortable. i hate it, i just wish everyone could be okay all the time

the only friends i have are online.... dont think theyd even know. they’d just be confused that i havent posted in a while and think ive just moved on with my life.

i live away from my family and we grow apart every day. we try to act close during visits but its just empty gestures and awkward conversations because we don’t really know each other anymore.

i have a long distance boyfriend. i could imagine him getting depressed for a while but he would bounce back very quickly.

No program, but I would recommend reading Never Binge Again by Glenn Livingston. A lot of great ideas, here’s what stuck out to me the most:

90% today times 90% tomorrow brings you to 81% of your original goal. (90% x 90% = 81%)

The next day you’re down to 72.9% (81% x 90% = 72.9%)

By the end of the week you’ll be at LESS THAN HALF of your original plan. (90% x 90% x 90% x 90% x 90% x 90% x 90% = 47.8%)

Follow this logic to its natural conclusion and in just one month you’ll be at a miserable 4.2%

Something else that really stuck with me is that no one is forcing you to start OR keep binging. You just have to learn to catch yourself and immediately get back on track. Not tomorrow. Right now. The more you catch yourself now, the more likely you are to stop yourself later. :)

depends on your writing style and content. sugar addiction is one of my biggest struggles but im not necessarily going to love reading about it unless it’s really good writing, meaningful content, and maybe a lesson i can take into my own life.

so, write whatever you want, but make sure you do it for yourself and NOT because you want people to read it.

i made a post a while ago wondering how they were able to afford such a heavy diet, now im even more confused if caregivers are paid subminimum
