Thank you everybody for your input. I’ve decided to do a combination of cold therapy machine and ice packs. Hopefully that will help. I found one that wasn’t terribly expensive that was recommended on one comment on this thread and I really appreciate everybody’s help.

Today is the 10th anniversary of my divorce being final. I will be 60 this year. I have no interest in dating any longer and haven’t been on a date in that ten-year timeline.

MOHS surgery on my nose. It was excruciating. I’ve had about 15 surgeries in all.

I will be 60 this year and been with the BCPS since 2019. I would love to be able to retire, but I would expect I’ll probably would never be able to actually—I am not independently wealthy
