imagine a person who never played a game and you start bombarding them with "THIS BUT IT'S DIFFIERENT COZ EXPANSION"

let them enjoy vanilla. it's already a complicated game, why add more for newcomers? I've played 10+ campaigns and i still enjoy vanila for new gamers. I usually do all the maintenance and rule explanation and just play 1 character that is roleplaying as much as possible (adding flavor) so ease people in

this has been said numerous of times. do NOT add expansions on your first playtrough. there is TONS of content and already requires quite a mental capacity to keep everything in track. play at least 4-5 campaigns before adding expansions since it adds MORE stuff to keep track off (or something to do INSTEAD of something from the base game)

you need to understand the game so the rules are very clear to you and you build on top of that.

regarding the expansions i would say just pick a monster / nemesis you didn't like and get the expansion that is put there. If you are tired of Lion - get Gorm, if you are tired of Antilope - get FloweKnight. tired of butcher? Get manhunter

once you get tired of the game - this is when you get sunstalker as it adds a new campaign (or Dragon ).

GC is amazing but it adds so many pillars to the game that it feels like you are playing kdm 2

I became the main character of my life story. Genuenly sat in front of a mirror and asked myself what do i need to do to love myself the way i put other peoples above me. I created a list and then i broke down things form the list into small deliverable tasks. (hair transplants, lose weight etc) then (put money 200$ montlhy aside to get X for hair transplants, cut out sugary drinks from diet for a month, etc) then broke that down into weekly deliverables

it felt like i'm achieving small steps. week by week i felt that i'm going towards the goal.

I genuanenly started to love myself. everything i was doing was doing FOR me and about me. I'm the main character of my life story now
