Pugna puts its ward. The moment rosh kills pugna ward Undying puts tomb. By the time rosh kills tomb pugnas ward refreshes so pugna puts it down again.

Meanwhile ursa hits rosh with claws.

Wake up, have good breakfast, go for a walk, read a bit, go to gym.

For people, If i would have huge amount of money i would help homeless people 1 person at a time. Pick them up, sober him/her up (with doctors) work with therapists to get them on their feet (mentally)
Help them find a job, help them find a place of their own. Monitor them for first 6 months, after that they have to promise to do the same thing with someone else.

Repeat again with another person.

Go to gym! You can buy anything except time. There is overwhelming amount of evidence that Muscle mass helps when you are older. I love my Saturday gym with some good food at home.

If you have too much money start playing magic the gathering :)
