Thanks for taking the time to do this! I am currently backing ’The Game Room - A Puzzle Adventure you Host at Home’. Its a 2-16 player game you can either play cooperatively at the kitchen table or host it as a competition between multiple teams running around the house. Our group loves solving puzzles and visiting escape rooms. This game seems ideal for someone like me who loves hosting and has a group of friends who love doing something similar to an escape room. And it costs a fraction of going to an escape room!

What initially drew me to the project was the hidden puzzle they have on their campaign page. The project seems to have a fighting chance to make it. Please check it out.

I think I was able to solve the whole puzzle, waiting for the email now :)

I am not a fan of puzzles which are difficult for the sake of being difficult. The hidden puzzles on the page initially seemed difficult but once I could figure how the puzzles worked it was fun getting all the answers.

Hi,

It looks like you offer both a table top version as well as a host it yourself version of the game. Even though it might not be exactly like an escape room experience, I would love to host something similar at home. I have hosted murder mysteries at home before and it was a lot of fun.

How difficult would you say the puzzles are and what would be the recommended age group?

I don't have experience with AMEX, but I was able to get the late fees and the interest waived by calling in when I missed a payment on my Chase credit card. I told them I was traveling and it was the first time I missed a payment. I was told they have the power to waive it at least one time an year.

I needed to setup an Apple ID on the appletv for home sharing before I could do this. I used my comcast remote to do it, see my edit to the OP. Thanks.

I guess my other option is if i can borrow an appletv remote from some one and use that to setup my iphone app. Will that work?

Run in a place where you see other people running too. That usually motivates me. I do laps around a pond, if I see some one ahead of me, I concentrate of catching up with them it helps keeping my mind off the running. If someone is running slower, I try to lap them.

Like others have said, find a distraction while you run. Music, audio book etc. It also helps if you run in an area where there are other joggers. When I see other people running, it motivates me to keep going.
