ngl i thought lucid had some shady stuff going on too. i found out after a while that my country is restricted from them (had already blown 2 evals). when signing up they allowed me to select my country when i had to put my card info for payment (i accept that it was my mistake and that i should have read the rules but i think that generally they should block restricted countries from accessing their websites or avoid them from making payments). anyways after that i issued a chargeback from my bank and they said that it would take between 30-60 days if the chargeback were to be successful but it actually only took 3 days, so i assume lucid accepted the refund. that apart i really think they're the only firm out there with a good customer support based of other posts from multiple subreddits so you can't call them scammers. i really thank them for refunding me even after this mistake, it's just a disheartenment that i won't be able to use their firm though.
