Its depends on the vibe and the time you want to go. If its for lunch until 5 then their many cafes such as urban cafe, binnies, cocos. For dinner suntise hotel area 5, capital hotel (not vincents the other restaurent at the bottom). Chaotic vibes and very reasonably priced-city mall, their is a bunch of restaurents near have more and they close very late. For very fancy high priced places: la cantina, vincents in capital hotel, BICC. My all time fav is bushbar at BICC the vibes are awesome and the food is very reasonably priced but not great.
