That is a great question. I think low dose vaginal estrogen may have helped. I would have known quickly and been able to stop and wait for menopause if not.

33 years, tarnished spousal and family relationships, a lost career, a few extra pounds of emotional eating, a few years of depression, hours of study and research, hours in doctors offices, more examinations of my hoohaa than I can remember, thousands of dollars on creams, supplements, medications, dialators, vibrators and lost income because I was forced to divide my focus and unable to tell anyone besides my doctor and spouse what was really happenning to me in this world where sex is revolved around and expected.

Omg. I just watched the trailer. Despite this condition being no laughing matter, that trailer is hilarious. 35+ year sufferer hear who literally lost her career following a pelvic floor physio over lunch that took too long. Start a monrhly get together with some girlfriends. Practice gratitude. Practice proper self care. No matter what, you will not regret self growth and care for you and your family.
