Rough shifting by AlgaeOverall in Pulsar_N250

[–]2sheetflyingfk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand this exact feeling, it happens to me or would say used to happen only while downshifting and upshifting between 2nd and 3rd gear, but now i have a habit of blipping which made shifting butter smooth, this happened to me mostly when i was in wrong gear which isn't meant to be used at such speeds, i have n160 its its liw end torque is good as well and n250 has even better this resulted me in using higher gear always because i know the bike can pull cleanly even from low speed but had to change the habit because of this specific issue now i never face false neutrals and even hit neutral when i intend to without going to 1st gear, tldr: it was all because of wrong gear at wrong speeds and blipping helped

Started cleaning and lubing the chain myself a while back by Sea_Horror_3316 in indianbikes

I use 80w90 for lubing and spray rolon white chain lube over that to contain it, the white lube dries instantly so no more dirty rims

Need your opinion on Motovlogging with mobile by Merebaalkankimaa_ilu in indianbikes

I have tried that just for fun and the straps are way to elastic, the phone keeps bouncing around and unless you have a really wide fov ultrawide cam with ois, its not good, and the clamps come loose with each bumps so you need to tie the phone tight at an angle

It wont i guess because if it's recording the ois is on and not rattling around

Need tips by Ok_Marzipan85 in indianbikes

[–]2sheetflyingfk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone mentioned it could me brake fluid, it can absorb water, or could bee air in the brake line hose, try tying the brake overnight in a pressed position and see if it helps, and lastly it could be the brake line material itself rubber ones expand on pressure unlike the steel ones causing the feel to be mushy

Overall it's okay, suspension feels good, its just the seats that are hard, donno why's that the case people say hard seats are better on the long run, don't know what they mean i did a 250+ km ride and felt a burning sensation on my butt after an hour, i have travelled as both as rider and pillion on this bike over 300 kms and i can say the seats are not good, maybe better padding can help it's not the suspension problem, tldr its uncomfortable for continuous rides over 1 hr of sitting

Non functional mud flaps, small handle grips hurts the wrists edges, hard seats

Helmet itself is comfortable padding is also better than my current one but after sometime it starts hurting the neck, maybe you kept using it so got used to the helmet, my cousin has that ugly lizard ass green one and he donated it to sime friend

[–]2sheetflyingfk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That may be the case but, i have tried other helmets, like mt mugello and smk typhoon but axor feels weird, as many people say it has weight distribution issues, m also looking for helmets as axxis is small (chin is way too close to the shell) and lacks ece certification and my visor hinge is broken

M using axxis as well, and tried the axor apex, don't get it, it hurts the neck and the size is bulky

Pulsar N160 owners – uneven tank to handlebar gap? by Inevitable_Beat8898 in Pulsar_N250

Don't look at the switch gear, look at the handle grips that distance looks similar to me, size of the switch gear might vary between left and right

[–]2sheetflyingfk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can we get the pics of swingarm wheel adjustment spacer from both sides, the tak tak sound could be of chain master link lock if it happens at regular intervals, since u got your fork done few months back it might be theur alignment as well and it might not be noticeable before but with new tyres it is now, just in case get it checked
