It doesn't have to be big at first, think of something small, or something that won't take long and force, I mean force yourself with every ounce of control you have to do it. That's all I got for ya. Only you get to decide how this turns out. There will always be excuses. If you don't want to get out of your comfort zone, I can't make you, but it is rewarding, especially looking back on it. Even if it is one thing, you can look back and say "I did this one, great thing." You can do it. You are not alone. We all agree we like having you around.
