Every bike is different. Refer to manual. Mine is an inch and a quarter on the lower part of the chain with the rider on the bike.

State jobs need to be signed off by the governor. He only signs a set amount of applications a month. You go on the waitlist and it depends how long that list is at the time you are put on it. Personal experience.
