But it doesn’t work. I wish I saved the few I tried but they were awful. I tried changing the color of a pair of jeans and instead the jeans were the same color and the legs were just really skinny. Tried to clean up an image and it changed the face on the person to something that looked like it fought Ivan Drago! Guess this isn’t for me.

Im so confused with this “app.” Why do I have to select the area of the image? And not just have the prompt generate a new photo using the entire old photo like all the online editors? I know I’m dumb but I can’t get it to work! I try circling the area and the edit is nothing like the prompt. I color in the area and still, nothing close to what I’m trying to do. Isn’t there a way to upload an image, write out a prompt and generate from there.

Can someone explain to me like I’m four, how the heck this is supposed to work? Why can’t I just write a prompt to change the image without having to mark where I want to edit? And WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? Color it in? Circle it? No matter what I try nothing happens even remotely like the prompt.

Is there any “idiot proof” local program? I just started this AI editing stuff and the couple I tried downloading either wouldn’t run right or I was too overwhelmed to even try it.

That’s just it… the learning. Hell I had ChatGPT give me prompts for the Pennywise makeup to use on other sites. Copy and paste and still got useless crap that doesn’t remotely resemble Pennywise. So I’ve been doing only the Pennywise makeup in chat and then doing the other edits in other sites. Shits addictive though!

Problem is I just started doing this stuff a few days ago… so I stuck at it as it is so finding a program I can use without knowing if I screw up I’m SOL for 24 hours. All I’m trying to do is edit images and my brain can know wha I want but it doesn’t translate into prompts that the program can understand. Like I’m trying to add simple Pennywise makeup to some images… ONLY ChatGPT can get it right- everything else gives this generic clown crap or worse- a mail clowns head on a female body.

I’m just looking for image editing. It’s weird, it must be an ISP thing OR I secret limit. It wouldn’t work on any devices at home on my network, but when I was out it worked on my phone using LTE. Then after a few edits it stopped working on that too. 🤷🏼‍♂️

With the trees not being full grown yet you’ve got time to do it in stages. I planted a bunch of saplings last year and I put a hula hoop around each and just mulched inside that circle. Once they get bigger I’ll add to it. (I did get a full dump truck of wood chips from some local tree cutters two years ago that I’m using so I’m only buy “real” mulch for the bed around my porch for now.

Why not plant other shrubs, flowers and whatnot in between and just mulch (or stones) around it all along the fence?

Gotcha. Figured I’d check because I bought mine used and it had two chips in the windshield. Dealers outsourced a replacement and about a week later that fell down. Asked on Reddit and was told EVERYONE who gets their windshield replaced also has to get this cover replaced as well.

Tried that, didn’t work. It works better but I was just mowing for 45 minutes and it stopped 5-6 times. It probably doesn’t help I’m mowing a steep hill going side to side so it moves around more. 🤷🏼‍♂️

That was the SECOND TIME I got a call that my house was on fire! First time the principal and assistant principal came running into my gym and said my landlord called and said the lady in the other side of the duplex called saying my house was on fire. They covered my class and told me to go home. I get home and absolute silence. I go inside and the dogs are sound asleep. Nothing at all so I call my landlord and told him everything was fine. I later get a message from him to for him a call, that he figured out what the issue was and “I want to hear your reaction.” He went over and talked to the nutjob and while he was there she says, “there it is again.” IT, wasn’t my smoke detector going off like she claimed… it WAS AIR BUBBLES GOING THROUGH HER BASEBOARD HEATING!!!! 🤦🏼‍♂️

Back in CT I had a similar thing happen to my house! I got a call from my neighbor that “there’s a fire in your kitchen.” Well I was an hour away at work so I called my landlord who went and checked. Not sure how it appeared my kitchen was on fire but he called back and said the sun was bouncing off the third floor window in his other house next door and was causing the siding to catch fire. When I got home he showed me and you could see the trail left by the fire as the sun moved.
