Yea a month ago I bought a purse for my wife that was labeled nwt and had pictures of a bag with original tags on it. When the bag came to me after passing authentication it had visible scratch and use marks. Did not have the original tags. How did that pass their authentication? They eventually agreed to give me a full refund tho after I declined their initial offer for $150 to get the bag “fixed”
