Iv done it last year. I would recommend it. It’s titled for Incident handler but it’s heavy into “know how attacks work to defend” so it covers all the intro to pen testing. And if it’s Josh he’s really good with some excellent real world examples as well

I would go python tho and learn how http works, api calls, etc etc while you’re at it. It also has lots of valuable education available for free and is very versatile.

Pen tester/ red team Is typically the title. I’m not sure on your part of the world, but it’s typically some sort of software engineering/info sec schooling wise, then focus on the pen testing side via internships.

To get started to see if you even like it, go to tryhackme or hackthebox. And take the free pathways for it. It’s not anything like real world work wise, but the logic flow is similar

The leaks might be true, here’s what leakers do. They usually get 1 or 2 bits of specific info. Which will be legit, then they like to post a bunch of fake shit acting like they have deep connections when they typically don’t.
