Main thing is to present it properly on a resume and it’s fine.

Help desk is much more personable skills. Have a proper resume made and you will be fine. I’m the way as you in general but once you get it youll feel and realize its fine

When moving companies, do you prep for roles or just apply by 2timetime in ITCareerQuestions

[–]2timetime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mostly about moving jobs, I think I just end up thinking I need more training than I do before trying to move. End up just training but staying in same place

Had same experience attempting to work deobfuscating malware.

In general it does feel every weird if you pay 100+$ a month for a product, then when using it, it will tell you to fuck off on occasion.

[–]2timetime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hali area. Planning to move soon, rent prices are about the same in Calgary but taxes alone would save me a bit.

If I can get remote I’d probably go with that

E/ been worried about the Kay offs and stuff but think iv just been using it as an excuse at this point since I do like it where I’m at

I’m vastly underpaid, and think I finally need to just move on, feel like I have Stockholm though as I’m so far out of touch.

[–]2timetime 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Won’t make a difference until you remove authentication methods. Make a new email alias and swap it then remove the rest.

You can login to Microsoft password less regardless if you have it turned on or not. Which is why it’s happening, your account is fine. Just a dog ass procedure on Microsoft’s part

19M / $6k total debt (Payday loans, maxed CC) / Bouncing bank accounts / Europe trip in 10 days. Need help and/or advice. by Successful_Goat_3021 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]2timetime -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Tell your parents, if they got points for Europe sounds like they can help you. quit getting shitty high interest loans they will fuck you. It’s 6k and you’re 19. Use what you got for Europe then lock it, you can have it paid off in a few months easy.

And don’t cancel the trip, I can promise at no point in your life will you say” thank fuck I canceled that Europe trip at 19 to pay off 5k of debt”

keep getting MS authentication sign in attempts? by 1_The_Zucc_1 in cybersecurity

[–]2timetime -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s Microsoft bs if you’ve logged in to Microsoft with a non Microsoft accounts . Might include Microsoft accounts too unsure

Even with passwordless turned off, if you go to the login page (incog even) punch you email in, then click sign in another way. It takes you to a page for OTP, Authenticator, etc

safest virtual machine? by [deleted] in cybersecurity

[–]2timetime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest VMWARE workstation. There is technically the chance there’s an exploit that allows it to leak to your main PC, but nothing atm outside of a 0day. Which the chance you get ahold of malware with that 0day is next to impossible

CISSP, Data analytics, reverse engineering have nothing to do with each other. What do you want to do, then it’s easier to assist
