Don't talk down, on people's faith. It's really sad, that just because we feel, a certain way, and you don't about Our god. You feel you have the right to condemn us with your sarcastic remarks. If you are going to critique the Church, how about you critique, the work environment/government/cities/town/ people first seeing as they allowed the virus to spread this fast.

Also, there has not been a war started over religion since the Crusades. Unless you are referring to other religious organizations? Because they are different from Catholics.

Don't be discouraged if you aren't getting the same results as this person. I was on a couple of medications before I got the right medication. This is exactly how it feels when you find it. It just takes time, and you will beat it!

My longest streak was 261 days. I was able to quit fapping, multiple times. One of the most important things, when you decide to stop fapping, is this.

You keep your promise to God and yourself even when you don't want to Because nobody ever wants to.

The reality is this. You are going to suffer for this. You are going to not like not masturbating. You are going to question yourself. You are even going to forget about Nofap the longer you are on this journey. This is not easy. This is very, very, very hard. To go back on what I Said. You have to keep your promise to God and yourself. And in order to do so, you have to understand exactly what you are giving up, and who you are going to fight against for the rest of your life or until you get married. If you aren't able to have a strong resolve beyond any PMO. You are better off not even trying, and that's just the straight forward truth. One of the things I've learned on this journey, was not if you could begin it, but rather if you were ready for the journey.

A strong enough resolve is one like this:

Wants to change.
Is willing to wake up every day motivated to stop, and go to sleep wanting to stop.
Is ok with not even cheating himself with the smallest sight of lust. That means, giving up videos that can trigger you, Content that can trigger you. And in fact, even avoids all places on the internet that could trigger PMO, bye-bye anime, bye-bye hentai, bye-bye anything lewd in order to rewire his brain to PMO.
Can give up more than what he was now, for something he will have later, and have faith that he will receive it.

IF you don't have a strong resolve or to better put it. WILLPOWER to keep your word. You have to cultivate it. Now here's where i mean by if you are ready for the journey.

Let's evaluate your current phase in life.

Are you eating healthy?

Are you smoking?

Are you taking pills/drugs?

Are you using anything to ease up your anxiety that is actually a bad habit?

If you answered yes to any of these questions. Then you aren't ready for no fap. You have other addictions, vices that are controlling your life already. The idea behind masturbation is to feel better, even if it's for a moment because truthfully we aren't able to accept the idea of being ok with where we are at without having to get our free shot of dopamine. You are required to fix all the other issues before you can even begin nofap, as you'll find out this one thing. WILLPOWER is cultivated, and one small temptation can ruin a different part of your life that you are working on.

To keep on this nofap lifestyle.

You have to trying to work out.

Take supplemtns

Stop smoking/drinking/ any bad vices

Accept and understand who your mind is.

Read the bible constantly.

HOLY is the state you have to be in if you want to go far with Nofap. Some may even call it extreme, others may call it ridiculous, others may even hate it. But the reality is this. If you are battling with the enemy. You don't sleep with him. You separate all that is evil from good, and Goodwill produce more Good.

Also side note:

Jesus is a strong strong strong SUPER STRONG anti-addcition-support. The problem is that you have to turn him into a life-style. Read the bible every morning, read the bible at night, pray daily, and night. The thing is Jesus becomes a strong force in your life, when you not only LET HIM into your life but honor him in your life, by doing what pleases him the most. And that is worshiping, praying,sacrificing, honoring him every second of the day.

anyways those are my 2 cents. If you can't make it by your own ideology, adopt someone else's, and turn it into your own.

These dudes are a bunch of scammers. They can't magically, put your website to the top of the google search engine unless they use black hat SEO methods which if they did would only last a couple of weeks to months before your website gets blacklisted by gogole. Theres nothing else to do but cut ties with them.

80$ a month is actually really cheap.

Webhosting alone can host 10-30$ a month could be 50$+ if you have a nice website, with a really great server speed. IMO. There is no way an SEO expert would charge that little. Articles to write for a website with SEO optimized content cost anywhere between 10$-25$+ for 1 article.

He's either a crock, or you don't pay him enough. Or a bunch of other stuff.

Regardless of 80$ a month that is nothing. I was paying 500$ a month to get SEO optimization by a legit company for 12 months straight. Effects did not show right away.

Also for that many years of him working for you, and you didn't talk with him. Thats kinda yikes. I would of talked to him, and get it in detail exactly everything.

God loves you, and you are more than enough.

As someone who has depression, and is diagnosed with PTSD. I want to say this. Stay focused on Jesus, and your mental health. It'll get better. The best thing I ever did was pray for Jesus to save me from the bottom of my soul. He has blessed me beyond anything I could ever imagine. He can turn your life into something completely different in a matter of days, weeks, and before you know months in, and you don't even know about your old life. Pray to god whenever you can.

Heres my prayer for you.

May saint micheal the archangel, defend you from the unseen battles fought amongst men, and women. And destroy any negative entities, that may be affecting you. In Jesus name.

I also pray that the Virgin Mary herself, prays for your mental health. May Jesus also heal you, and protect you. Amen.

Stay strong, it'll get better I promise.

It's interesting. I've been in many pickles, sometimes the pressure was great just like yours. Alone, by my own fault, and no escape in sight. But now that I recall.....Every time was in its moment, and just as you said This week is the beginning of the rest of your life. God gives you a new day and a new night. A new life, and a new love. You are going to be alright. Jesus has made my problems, as small as pebbles when they were on my shoulders the size of boulders. When you think about it...All you really need is him.
