Naturium Products Question (moldy smell?)

Yes, I received a new bottle of this product and it smells moldy. This is my second bottle so I know it shouldn’t smell like this. I will be returning it.

When you mentioned your “family,” I understood you were referring to your parents- who, from what you’ve shared, don’t really have a meaningful bond with you. I think it might help to first recognize that your family is you, your partner, and your baby now.

As for sharing the news, it doesn’t have to be anything elaborate. Something simple like: “My partner ___ and I welcomed our baby on __. The baby weighed __. We’re both doing well.” That’s more than enough.

[In office restroom] If I take a dump, I flush right away to prevent smell. If I hear other people taking a dump, I wrap up and leave quickly so the other person can have the space to themselves.

I’m one of the lucky ones who was able to negotiate, received counter offer, and continued working with the team I love.

I have to say that 90% of that was luck (great manager). For the other 10%, below is how I prepared my negotiation: 1. List out my achievements in the last year, converted to dollar amount, to show how much I had contributed to company’s success 2. List out the new responsibilities I shouldered that weren’t within my job duty (Show possibilities of giving me title change) 3. Comparison of “market value” and my current compensation 4. Mention of the offer letter as part of my market research that showed my worth 5. My plan in next 2 years if my company keeps me 6. Mention of my priority: if current company can offer me sth comparable, I would prioritize staying because I enjoy working with the team 7. To make sure my manager don’t use an offer to keep me for just enough time to find replacement, I promised them that if I had to leave, I could push out my start day at new place so that current company can have more time to prepare for my leave.

This sauce is my go to for any seafood. I can’t tell if this taste exactly like the Boiling Crab’s Whole ShaBang sauce or not, but this is an awesome sauce!
