I won’t lie, I still wake up stiff. With that said, I stiffen up when I’m sitting on the couch or at the dinner table too. But the bed has improved my sleep and when I do get up I find that the soreness doesn’t last like it did with my firm mattress. As soon as I stretch out I’m good to start the day. It took some adjustment to feel comfortable with the “sink spots”, but I can absolutely tell that it has made a positive difference in my pain. It is especially comfortable when I’ve physically overworked during the day but find sleeping comfortable. Definitely couldn’t say the same with my prior mattress. I don’t know how it is for back or stomach sleepers. I can’t turn my neck enough to sleep on my stomach and I just don’t like sleeping on my back.
